Alex M. Foxberry is an associate with Fegreus & Broderick, LLP. Alex’s practice focuses on estate planning and probate matters for individuals and families, including simple wills and trusts, and estate administration. Alex also represents creditors of estates and fiduciaries involved in litigation. 

Alex joined Fegreus & Broderick, LLP at the beginning of 2024, having previously spent time working as an attorney in Missouri for a law firm where he focused on real estate and title matters. Alex graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2022, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and served on the executive board for several student organizations, and worked as a faculty fellow where he assisted a professor in her research and writing. Prior to attending law school, Alex worked as a full-time paralegal in both litigation and transactional matters.
