When asked to describe what makes a good attorney, he says "good listening skills, empathy, and straight-forward advice. The way I approach a client is to listen to what they want done, clarify what I can do, and then explain the viable options and their associated costs in time and money." Partnering with the client, he searches for creative options the client may not have considered.
