Attorney Bill Clark has joined Fegreus & Broderick, LLP in an Of Counsel position in 2020.  Bill graduated from the University of Michigan School of Business in 1983 and from the Boston University School of Law in 1986. He began practicing law in 1986, most recently with the Law Offices of Thomas S. Francis in Boston, Massachusetts. He has represented individuals, businesses, lending institutions, and developers. Bill has collaborated with Attorney Fegreus on cases for almost thirty years.  He is licensed to practice in all courts of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bill has litigated a wide variety of matters including real estate, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, personal injury, legal malpractice, architect and engineers malpractice, agents and brokers liability, toxic exposure, gas explosions, indoor air quality, premises liability, and insurance defense.and subrogation. He has represented buyers, sellers, and banks in real estate transactions. Additionally, he has advised insurance companies in disputes with vendors, competitors, and insureds.

During his career as an attorney, Bill has learned that after thoroughly examining the facts and the law that there is almost always a way to either reduce or solve the client’s problem. 

Bill and his wife Jennifer live in Sudbury and spend as much time as they can in Scottsdale, Arizona where they enjoy the mountains, desert, and golf.  Bill and Jennifer have two children (Ben and Steph) and two dogs (Hershey and Bo). Bill is an avid skier who travels annually to the back country of British Columbia. He is also an avid and loyal sports fan, especially of the Michigan Wolverines.
